Our YoY customer satisfaction index is at 96%. We have maintained an average of 4.8/5 on Google, Ubereats and MRD. Our food is uniquely positioned amid the plethora of food choices. We have a unique creative menu with over 50 menu items, our customer base is quite balanced although our Halaal eaters rank higher. More than 70% of our meals are eaten by mid-level and senior managers, the remainder being family meals. Our food reaches customers in Sandton CBD, Rivonia, Morningside, Woodmead, Wendywood and Waterfall, Linbro Park areas. On Saturdays people from further afield areas (Pretoria, Limpopo, KZN, North West and others) place orders for pickup.
