✔ Untenable shareholder relations has forced the major shareholder to consider exit or alternatively seek a partner that will buy out all other shareholders.
✔ There is a prospective contract from Sasol, albeit being through the third party off-takers initially.
✔ An outright purchase price consideration of ZAR130 million may be the basis for a transaction.
✔ Substantial value is expected to be extracted from future phases of the mining project when the resource exploration focuses on selected quality sweet spots
✔ Valid trading and mining licenses
An investment of R130 mil will result in a full buy-out. Alternatively, the inactive shareholder can be bought out at R100 mil.
