This business was formalised in late 2023 but has been conducting business for the last 10 years, with rapid growth in the last few months, once I sold another company of mine, and was able to put energy into this business. The business focus is maintaining and refurbishing houses and businesses, especially in respect of the following projects:
Painting
Roof Repairs
Building granny flats
Renovations of Bathrooms, Kitchens
High Pressure Cleaning of driveways and roofs
All Tiling work inside and out
Pool Renovations
New Kitchens
The business has a good website. We have a company that supplies us with leads, which can be expanded for growth of the business. We have aligned our company with a local Architect in Pinetown so if customers need plans drawn up, we can supply this as well.
All our Staff are on a Subcontract basis for each job so no permanent overheads to worry about.
Over the last Four months since implementing radical changes, we have turned over R636458-00 with no problems at all. The Profit margin is around 40% and I believe with the correct focus and continued push with advertising this could double over the next six months.
I also believe if the new owner has BEE alignment, that one will see a sharp increase of work with all the fundamentals in place already.
We have advertised with Brabys online and in the hardcopy which is valid for a further 8 months at a cost of R950 per month, noting they also look after our website and emails.
The business is for sale for R280 000, with all tools and equipment to the value of +- R30 000-00, while a bakkie is also available Mahindra 2017 with workman’s canopy and a two-year extended warranty for R195 000-00
