The main use is to block punctures either before they happen or after they happen. Some people insert the sealant (or fluid) before the tyre is put to use. When a puncture happens, the fluid rushes into the hole where air is escaping and blocks the hole without the driver even knowing that they have a puncture.
Where the fluid is input after the puncture, the fluid will fill the hole when the tyre is inflated.
A medium-sized tractor uses close to 26 liters on two back wheels. This amounts to a turnover of R5 000. If you use one 20-liter container every second day, this will generate a net profit of R20 000 per month or R240 000 per year. This is based on the maximum operating costs of R500 per drum.
By using a unique formula, you will manufacture a tyre sealant that is used on large, slow-rotating tyres such as tractors, TLBs, trailers, and pivots. It lasts for the life of the tyre.
It is used in the following industries: agriculture, transport, earth moving, mining, forestry, and plant hire.
It is not used on high-speed vehicles.
The recommended retail price is R2,500, and the cost of manufacture is under R500 per 20-liter drum.
As an incentive, we will give the buyer 150 drums of raw material. The buyer will need to
pay for the empty drums. 150 full drums have a RETAIL price of 150 X R2500 = R375 000.
This is MORE than the purchase price of R250 000.
The main function is to block punctures. There are many different ways that a tyre can lose air. This product seals these areas if it senses a loss of air.
The secondary function is the use of a coolant, which makes the tyres operate at a lower temperature and thereby extends their life.
Often, the customer will inject the sealant when the tyre is new, thereby experiencing minimal downtime.
This offer is for the Western Cape. Gauteng is also on offer.
You also need to consider wholesale sales.
