The subject property portions are situated on the escarpment of Mpumalanga within 2 hours drive from Johannesburg, between the towns of Dullstroom and Stoffberg. Travelling from Gauteng on the N4, take the Belfast off-ramp and travel through the town of Belfast. Travel ±29.5km north out of Belfast on the R33. Turn right at the Witpoort board onto an unpaved road. Travel for ±8.4km then turn right. Travel for ±2.4km then turn right. The property is then reached after ±1km.
