The gold rock dump was surveyed measuring 2.2 million tons after 80.000 tons bulk sample was removed. Tests were done on the dump by doing a toll treatment of 80 000 tons at the nearby mine. The exercise yielded R115 Million (ZAR). An average grade of 1.8 gr per ton at that time was measured.
Current shareholders are prepared to sell 100% of the shares in the company. W The seller has secured a crushing and screening plant with a capacity of 300 tons per hour. Processing could start immediately using mobile equipment and schedule payment from the tolling agreement can be received on a 14-day basis.
Included in the asking price of USD3.6mil is an Environment Policy Fund with value in excess of what the rehabilitation requirement is.
