The Guest Farm has spectacular views of the 3 highest peaks in South Africa. The guests are predominantly foreign, from Europe especially. We have year round high occupancy with the peak months being March, April, July, August, October and December. Electricity is supplied by Eskom, water is from 2 boreholes on the property, one of 100 meters deep which has never run dry despite running 24 hours a day when we have had a leak in a pipe during a dry period. The water is of the highest quality.

There is a large, 600 sq meter, owners house plus 6 en suite staff management units, plus 2 en suite units for guides and drivers. There are a number of STO agreements in place with travel companies.

The restaurant has a liquor license and the property is graded 3 star.
