Dining table business for sale.
Our client would like to sell his dining table business due to a back injury he can no longer operate the business.
The owner is a retired man who has always done woodworking as a hobby. He did start to focus a little more on that in Covid to bring in an additional income. He made a lot of custom furniture and custom made to order. In October 2021, he decided to publish a catalog with a fixed range of furniture pieces to increase production. Unfortunately, he struggled terribly with a back injury and was hoping to hand over the business to his son but his son had no interest in the timber industry and therefore approached us to help sell the business.
Everything with regard to the production process of the products is already in place, the supplier is also already in place, there was no website or social accounts set up and this was done by my company. We are in the process of launching the socials.
The new owner must seal and package the products.
There are 2 options for delivery in place and the company is going to need marketing on social platforms because the owner mostly did ‘word-of-mouth’ sales and came through queries on Facebook.
What is also included in the sale is the following;
• CIPC registration. There is already credit, but the owner never got around to registering.
• Branding iron for the product
• Sanding machine
