There are 3 fully equipped studios as follows;-
1) Pilates mat and small equipment studio complete with Mirrors, TRX's, and Ballet Barres, Mats and a BIG variety of Small Equipment.
2) Pilates Reformer Studio complete with 5 Reformers, Mats, Mirrors, a BIG variety of Small Equipment.
3) Pilates Tower and Wunda Chair studio complete with 5 Towers and 5 Wunda Chairs with Mats, and a BIG variety of Small Equipment.
The studio also has a store room facility filled with Bosus, Arc Barrels, Trampolines, Weights, Big and Small Balls, Free Weights, Weighted Aerobic Bars, Pulates rings, Weighted Balls, Aerobic Steppers, Wobble boards, Air Pillows, and much more.
The Studio also has a fully equipped office and reception area with a large reception desk. The reception/office are is complete with all computer, phones, printers, and office Cupboards.
The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machines, fridge, microwave, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
The bathroom has a powder room and 2 seperate toilets.
All the walls contain artwork including framed Anatomical pictures.
The business also offers fully accredited Pilates courses via their Academy.
