The wholesale clients consist of old age homes, schools & restaurants accounting for some 50% of turnover, while the walk-in clients of the shop provide the other 50% of turnover. Years of operating in the area, as well as, good service/ products has led to many regular customers (no contracts) & word of mouth referrals. There is no website & literally no advertising.
The sales through the till system with printed slips (cash & cards) are balanced daily & with eft's from the wholesale side are collated into excel & pastel, before being forwarded to the external Bookkeeper & then the Accountant. All the documentation is stored as a reference.
This Report is drawn from the Feb2020 MA's, with personal addbacks included to obtain the true net profit of the business at R1.34m off a turnover of some R15m. Stock is excluded from the Sale Price of R2.9m.

The assets cost some R1,2m having being purchased from 2013 to 2018. They have been depreciated to some R45 000. The 2nd hand purchase value would be some R650 000.
The owners private vehicle will be excluded.
