Exclusive and sole mandate
The farm is located between the R335 road going to Uitenhage and the R334 going to the Coega Harbour with access to the farm from both roads. Currently the farm is Zoned for Agriculture, but its location makes it perfect for development, whether it be for big storage units, Industrial or Factories etc. The new owners must just apply to re-zone the farm to suit their needs. As the crow flies, the farm is approx. 7Km from the new Coega Harbour and bordering the Coega Industrial Zone (IDZ) with lots of water from the Coega river flowing through the farm, as seen with the video link.
There is a servitude of aqueducts registered over the property, dating back to 1898, which entitles the South African Railways and Harbour Administration to draw water from a borehole and another servitude on the one boundary for the Electric Transmission power line constructed by ESKOM.
The farm will also be suitable for township development as it is not very far from Motherwell and bordering the Coega Industrial Zone. Contact Bertie van Deventer today if you wish to view the farm and see all the potential with your own eyes.
