The company was established 26 years ago, and operates mainly in the Kwazulu Natal coastal areas.
We have been involved with hotels, schools, and office complexes, but our main area of expertise, is the top housing and development market, where we liaise with architects, engineers, and clients, to give them the special aluminum treatment they are looking for. We have appeared in many glossy magazines, as well as houses on Top Billing.
The owner has decided to retire, and would like to sell the business as a going concern. The owner would remain on for a period to guide the new owner and introduce the owner to architects and other professionals. Thereafter, he would be prepared to work as a consultant if necessary.
The factory premises, which are in a secure complex, could be either rented or purchased.
