CleanMyBed has published a detailed account of Sentinel, the proprietary platform that underpins its entire franchise operation.

Sentinel is the operational engine Regional Partners plug into on day one. It covers customer bookings and scheduling, CRM, invoicing, dispatch, QR-verified service certification, territory performance analytics, a customer rewards engine, a dedicated Peace of Sleep portal for hospitality partners, team management, and financial reporting. It was built specifically for the CleanMyBed model over several years and is updated continuously.

The platform's significance to the franchise model is practical: it eliminates the need for a large back-office operation, keeps administration lean, and allows partners to run a professional multi-team business from a single system. New Regional Partners are fully onboarded to Sentinel as part of their certification programme and are operational before their first service.
