offers Regional Partners the opportunity to lead a fast-emerging mattress hygiene category in South Africa, with exclusive regional rights across both residential and hospitality markets.
Founded in 2020, CleanMyBed is South Africa’s leading professional mattress hygiene service, using medical-grade UV-C sanitisation and HEPA filtration to remove dust mites, allergens and debris from mattresses and pillows. The service is endorsed by leading allergists and positioned around measurable health outcomes, particularly for allergy and asthma sufferers.
Each Regional Partnership includes exclusive rights to two brands: CleanMyBed for residential consumers and Peace of Sleep for B2B hospitality certification.
A Commercial Model with Multiple Revenue Channels
Regional Partners benefit from two distinct routes to market from day one:
- Residential revenue through CleanMyBed mattress and pillow hygiene services
- B2B hospitality revenue through Peace of Sleep certification
- Scalable team income by building and managing service teams
- Territory Owner income through appointing and earning from Territory Owners
- Sub-licence sale income as the region develops
- Repeat booking potential from ongoing mattress hygiene maintenance
Mattresses require regular hygiene maintenance, creating scope for repeat bookings, stronger customer lifetime value and long-term relationships with accommodation providers.
There are currently six regions available in South Africa, with each region awarded once to one partner on an exclusive basis.
Technology, Systems and Support Included
Partners receive a complete operating system designed to help them launch and operate efficiently. This includes professional equipment, operational playbooks, a brand toolkit, national marketing support and access to CleanMyBed’s proprietary Sentinel technology platform.
Sentinel automates key business functions including bookings, scheduling, invoicing, dispatch, customer portal access and business intelligence. The platform has been independently valued between R5.4 million and R8.1 million.
Founder-led onboarding covers operations, sales, service delivery, equipment use and full Sentinel platform training. Partners are certified and operational before completing their first service, with ongoing strategic support, platform updates, R&D innovation and direct communication with management and other Regional Partners.
Recognition and Market Momentum
CleanMyBed has operated since 2020 and has proven customer demand across multiple South African regions. Two Regional Partnerships have already been awarded in Cape Town Metro and Cape Winelands.
The brand has also begun international expansion, with a Denmark Master Licence signed in February 2026.
CleanMyBed is endorsed by leading South African allergists, including Dr Thulja Trikamjee, Paediatrician and Allergologist at the UCT Lung Institute, and board member of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology and the World Allergy Organization.
