We do live on the property currently, upstairs in the area where the two bedrooms are next to one another with their little sitting area. One of these rooms is where you can see and control the cameras.
Depending on what you’d want to do with the property once you’ve taken ownership. You could either also live in this area of the property and Airbnb out the rest of the rooms and continue the venue.
Live in one of the more private rooms and Airbnb out the rest, as the two-bedroom area will give you the greatest profit as it has the nicest views out of all the rooms. You could then easily move the PC board and monitor for the cameras into the sectioned-off room in the garage.

Lastly, if you want to Airbnb out all the rooms upstairs and continue the venue then I’d suggest you either live in the sectioned-off area of the garage or put a small container house unit in the courtyard area and live in that area of the property, allowing you to run the whole house as a business to fully maximize your profits. If you choose to do this you could then either section off the other side of the garage into a room and make that a camera room and the other side where you live. Or if you choose to put a small container house unit in the courtyard space you could then utilize the room in the garage as the camera room and/or laundry room.

Around the corner, there's a big bar area, and across from that an indoor pool, it's a saltwater pool and has solar heating panels on the roof, this area also has access to the main balcony. The downstairs area also offers two additional sitting areas, one next to the kitchen, and the other across from the kitchen with two of the sides being huge glass windows and sliding doors which give you access to a separate smaller balcony offering picturesque views like nowhere else. There are two bathrooms downstairs, one by the bar and poolside of the house and the other next to the kitchen. The bathroom next to the kitchen includes a shower and has a room across it, each having its own doors, the room is used as a storage room at the moment for events. Next to this bathroom, under the stairs, there is also a wine cellar. This property includes a massive yard with a sunken fire pit. There is a three-door garage, one of which has a motor. One side of the garage is drywalled closed creating a separate room, this room has a door that leads you to an outdoor courtyard space. There are two rooms, a smaller bedroom with a shower and another room with a toilet that has access to this courtyard space. Additionally, you can access this space from the back door kitchen as well as along the side alley of the house that connects to the yard, this alleyway does have two gates that can lock with which the pool pump, filter, and salt reader are located at. This property is filled with opportunities for growth. Currently, we don’t book events on the same day as Airbnb guests checking in and vice versa unless it's people from the event wanting to book the room on their event day.
The master bedroom: Currently the guests have to walk through the event space to access their room. With a simple renovation, you can create a completely separate entrance to their room without having to disturb the main house. This can be done by creating a carport in the driveway on the side where the stones are with stairs going up to the private side balcony thats connected to the bedroom. This room could easily be transformed into a self-catering Airbnb unit by taking out one side of the cabinets and putting in a small kitchenette area.

If you're looking to keep the venue running once taking ownership, here are a few ideas we’ve thought of to upgrade the space and take it to the next level.
Currently, there are only two bathrooms downstairs which from our event experience still works fine when there’s max 60 guests. When looking to expand to events/weddings with 100+ people the solution for the bathroom problem will have to be this: Behind the wall in the bathroom by the bar and pool area is the room with the shower in it that you can access via the courtyard area. If you were to break this wall down creating a much bigger space you can turn it into a bathroom with at least two or three stalls and sinks. The shower in the room gives you the additional plumbing and water outlet sources that you need for this perfect transformation.
