Closing down sale
We are closing our 2nd hand shop and selling everything as is. We have approximately R400 000 worth of stock, this ranges from tools, ornaments, sporting, camping, furniture and much more. Also, R50 000 assets, this is everything from shelving, display cabinets, PC’s, etc.
The buyer can either collect everything and relocate, or sign a new lease and continue trading as a secondhand shop in Ballito.
We are in a busy part of Ballito, very central on a busy road outside the entrance to a school, so have loads of traffic passing our shop everyday all day. We are also 3km from a taxi rank and surrounded by large estates like Zimbali, Simbithi, Brettenwood and Dunkirk ensuring quality stock. There are also plenty new developments going up around us like Ballito Hills, Ballito Village and Zimbali Lakes, many of these developments furnish their apartments with stock from our shop.
We currently rent a shop in the Home and Decor centre and are very well known. Our shop is fully functional with shelves, computers, phones, internet, selling stock, cameras etc. We also rent a storage unit for overflow stock which we advertise and sell on our online platforms.
Being in the 2nd hand / Thrift environment, we are all pretty unique in our own way. There are 3 Thrift stores on the North Coast, but we are all unique in our own way.
We have a Guest House that requires more of our time.
